At a glance

Registration certificate Proof of registration.
Annual licence Proof of licence for a stated year.
Letter of good standing Registering or tendering abroad, and regional recognition.
Duplicate or replacement A lost or damaged document.

Using the register as proof

For most purposes inside Rwanda, a printed confirmation from the public register is enough. It carries the date it was checked, it is free, and anyone can produce it.

Before a tender deadline

Request a letter of good standing well before any tender or foreign registration deadline — processing is not instant.
